Default Fields are automatically filled in.
Many of the fields on the forms are filled with the same information on every claim. Examples of this are the Company Information Section of the Form 7. In most cases, the person responsible for completing the form also remains the same

                               

The WSIB System Navigator remembers this information and pre-fills all the forms with this common data. This means that the user does not have to enter the same information on each claim.



Ease of Use
Even the Employee Information is Pre-filled

When a claim is initiated for an employee that already has a claim in the system, the Navigator will pre-fill all the employee data into the Form 7.

When an adjunct form (Functional Abilities Form, Form 9, Form WRE07 and WRE07-E) is started. All the relevant information is also carried over to these forms. The user does not have to re-enter this data.

The Navigator even knows when you have changed a Pre-Filled field and will prompt the user if they wish to make those changes permanent.

This reduces the workload by not requiring the user to go back to the section and make the changes.
