Support for Level 2 (Office Version - v2.4x)

Basic Support:
Support for v2.4x consists of:

Unlimited amount of phone support calls.
(Users can contact Working Bytes by phone for advice and problem corrections.)

There are no annual charges for support of this version.  The support is free of charge and included in the purchase of this level.

Upgrades and updates are announced to the users of this level.  Purchase of these upgrades is usually optional and at the discretion of the user.  The announcement is sent by mail and lists all the new features of the upgrade and the price of the improved software.  The user then decides if they wish to obtain this upgrade.

In very rare occasions, the upgrades are required in order to maintain compliance with the WSIB or are required due to changes in the Microsoft Windows environment.  The user is always presented with the choice in these situations of whether they wish to purchase the upgrade or not.

Support for Level 3 (Business Version - v3.4x)

Comprehensive Support:
Support for v3.4x consists of:

Unlimited amount of phone support calls.
(Users can contact Working Bytes by phone for advice and problem corrections.)

30 day money back guaranteed satisfaction with the software package.

All future Upgrades and Enhancements made to the WSIB System Navigator.  As the software functionality and operational capabilities expand, the comprehensive support will deliver these improvements to the users automatically.

NOTE: A per level increase in software has occurred on average of every 10 months since this software was introduced.

Protection against any changes instituted by the WSIB Board in regards to the WSIB forms contained in the software.

Periodic updates of all NEER and CAD-7 Tables as they become available from the Board.

Free (No extra charge) delivery on CD-ROMs that include the updates.

There is an annual charge for this level of support which is mandatory (non-optional) with the purchase of the software.  This charge is a set cost due on January 31 of each calendar year.

Working Bytes Inc. has instituted the policy of billing the support fee from all of our customers at one time in the calendar year.

The Annual Support Fee for the Working Bytes WSIB System Navigator is charged on the first of January of each calendar year. Invoices are sent out the previous December, with a due date of January 31 of each year.

This policy was implemented due to the large number of installations for this product. It is more efficient to process the entire installation base at a single specific period of time.

Due to this policy, customers that purchase the software at any other time during a calendar year are charged for the interim of the year and the cost is prorated to the end of the calendar year.

This prorated amount is reflected in the accompanying invoice sent with the product.
